Buffet breakfast was really good

The room was run down and needed a good clean (mould in the shower). Room service only changed towels and sometimes made beds but didn't change dirty glasses, take out garbage regularly or recycling. We had always loved dining at the poolside restaurant in the past but this time the food was disappointing. They has a kids buffet that only offered really ordinary options like chicken nuggets and nothing really for a vegetarian. We were unable to use the key to get in to the room as the battery had run low. The service was good in that they got maintenance to fix it and compensated us.
