Location is close to the beach, swimming pool and a small heated one were good especially on windy days where we couldn't go to the beach. Good walking tracks surrounded by small islands nearby. The property manager, Michael, was so helpful and kind to give us a replacement microwave after I broke the turntable glass of the existing one but was back charged for it!

I booked a 3bedroom apartment for 6adults and 1 child below 7yrs and wasn't expecting to be charged $60 per night for the 7th person (child) where an extra bed was provided for. The property is under renovation and we were unlucky to get a room where the scaffolding were right outside our room, but enough to have the ocean views which is not too bad. It would have been good if we're given extra undercover car park for a 3bedroom apt booking.

We had the most incredible experience staying here during a really special (and slightly unpredictable!) time in our lives. We booked the hotel to be close to the hospital while I was in labour, expecting a short stay, but things took longer than planned, and we ended up needing a lot more flexibility and support than anticipated. The owners were absolutely amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble: they were kind, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and looked after. It completely took the stress out of what could have been a really overwhelming situation. Even the other residents were so warm and thoughtful, which created such a calm and supportive environment when we needed it most. We are so grateful for the care and kindness we experienced here. We’ll always remember this stay for all the right reasons. Highly, highly recommend!

Location was great, walking distance to village with food and grocery. Right across from surf life savers. Spa was nice and hot.

Rooms were not clean, hair in bathrooms, dirt and dust, furniture run down / over used, bbq area was gross and not inviting to sit and use. Whole hotel was boarded up for painting which could have been communicated before arrival and a discount given. Only one lift working which was slow. Sauna advertised but was not inviting. Overall felt we paid too much.

Self contained unit, beach views, top location on the beach. Very easy to access. would recommend. We would stay there again.
