Close proximity to the shops,restaurants and beach. Good coffee shop across the road . Private quiet apartment.

There are no lifts so ask for lower level if you don’t lift a lot of stairs.

Location. Spa and pool. Neat and clean room. Spacious.

No fan in the bathroom. Bed was hard.

Very clean room for an older hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Spa bath was good for a soak.

That I couldn't stay longer.

No check in email or text with instructions how to access the key after they confirmed my later check check in after hours. Bathroom floor hadn’t been cleaned. There were a number of hairs and remnant of a plastic bag on the floor. There were no face clothes provided. There was no kettle provided and the kitchen items looked like they were bought from a second hand store. Bed was comfy but no bedding for the cold weather. There was a musty smelling blanket in the wardrobe and a horrible blue tatty old and patchy faded cotton blanket. Horrible. The unit had a smell also. The lampshades were dusty and old. Check out was 10am which I abided. At 10.04am I received an email stating a list of tasks to complete otherwise I would be charged cleaning charge. When I called to question this I was advised it was sent in error and to ignore.

Close to the beach, tram, Pacific Fair & Oasis

The facility is quite tired. The Spa pool wasn't working properly. Smaller resort being over run by high rise boxes

The spa was heavily chlorinated it bleached both our expensive swimwear with only being in there 40 minutes . Management basically didn’t care less
