Location is good. Denham is a small town so most places are close to everything.Having the seaside breeze was a nice feeling.

LOTS TO NOT LIKE: 1) Unit very basic; generally clean and tidy but had a weird smell. Bathroom was atrocious, completely outdated and requiring repair. No range hood over cooktop so can’t really cook anything proper. 2) One small “starter pack” with supplies provided but no toilet paper and no tissues. Once finished (takes a day if you got a family of four), you have to buy your own! Who doesn’t supply toilet paper and tissues! Also no extra garbage bags so we had to also buy our own. 3) Most of all, the staff. - have no clue how to treat clients. First experience itself was horrible - had driven 500+kms to reach Denham early evening. While office was closed, keys were left in an envelope on the door, but no instructions or signs on where to park. There were no other cars on site except one car under a carport and another empty carport. Assuming it would be ok to park in the carport, proceeded to do so. About to get out of the car, an elderly grumpy man comes out of nowhere and says in front of my kids; “What makes you think you can park here? You just see an empty spot and you park. Who gave you permission?” … keeps yelling. I’m trying to explain that I couldn’t find any signs so perhaps made a wrong assumption, but he’s not even listening and continues to yell. My wife tries, “we just got the key from the reception door …”. Old man interrupts: “Excuse me, I am reception and I am talking to him (pointing to me), not you”. Absolutely appalling … never have we seen a holiday accommodation staff, let alone this man who appears to be the owner talk like this to a client upon their arrival without any argument beginning from the client side. Rude as can be - and we had just arrived!!! Didn’t even want to see his face again, but had to check-in the next morning with a paper slip. Went to the office, same man takes paper slip from my hand, glances it and says: “That’s all I need”. That’s it. No apologies, no explanation of why the outburst the previous evening.

Pool for the kids and for relaxing if windy.

Roligt og godt beliggende sted med store lejligheder helt ned til en dejlig strand.

Poolen trænger til en grundig rens. Måske fordi der var mange store børn på samme tidspunkt, der skiftevis badede i havet og i poolen.
