Serenity Diamond Beach

The location was excellent, the pool was fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful. The layout of the property was terrific and it's location next to the beach and the pool was fantastic.

The blinds in our property were broken and didn't function properly, which affected privacy in the bedroom and living areas and meant bright daylight shone inside early in the morning which isn't ideal when you're on holidays. There was evidence of spiders webs on some areas of the ceiling. The external elements of the property are need of attention, it's clearly sometime since the property was painted and numerous pieces of dress timber had fallen off the exterior.

The two Swimming Pools for the kids and the Restaurant were fantastic. The Villa we stayed in was very spacious with a car park beside. Kitchen was just enough for what you need.

The villa was missing a bbq for outdoor cooking on the deck. The pool area was a little run down. It could do with more sun beds. Our Two bedroom villa was neat and tidy but had a major problem with ants. (We’ve taken videos) Ants were on the kitchen bench, bathroom’s and in the beds in both bedrooms when we arrived. Ants were still present on checkout on day three.

Location, type of setup ie all seperate villas, not crowded, dining options on site, close to do day trips into Forster and Tuncurry

Felt like you were on a tropical holiday, peaceful & relaxing

The only thing was the wifi connection but nether-less This accommodation good to switch off devices and continue to relax

Not much

No tissues in the room, no tea or coffee, not even a complimentary bottle of water. Also, they provided no soap and on the second day someone actually broke into my cabin and rearranged some items in my room without even bothering to make the bed, provide me with clean towels etc. An utter disgrace.
