Peach Tree Inn

We have travelled to and from Florida from Ontario for years. We usually make one stop at about the 2/3 mark. We are a late arrival and early departure, all we really need is a clean, safe room with a fridge. Check in and check out were easy. The price was right and exactly what we were quoted. Yes, it’s close to the I95 and yes, you can hear traffic at night - if possible, ask for a room on the west side of the building to buffer the sound. There are no phones in the room to call the front desk but the front desk is not far from any room in the place and the night manager is very prompt. Ice machine was easy to access and it was operational. Keeping in mind expectations, it’s a great find. Rated it a 4 based on what I booked, what my expectations were and how they met them.

The only positives was the location being right off the highway and the shower being huge. The room we had smelt like smoke all night. It was semi clean - the towels all old, dingy and stained. The comforter was definitely dirty and not washed recently. I felt like we couldnt set our things down with them getting dirty. Lots of long term people staying here with loud music and not a care in the world. Definitely wouldn't stay here again. Not worth the money at all.

The property was well maintained, the staff was efficient and friendly, and the room was clean and wonderful for the price. I would stay at this property again.

Comforter on the bed was not clean.. had visible dirty and stains on the comforter.
