Please note that the guest name on the reservation must be the same as the name on the card used to make the booking. The credit card used to make the booking must be presented at the time of check in. Password for the free WiFi is available at the front desk. The hotel cannot accept nor store any commercial goods or online purchases (packages, boxes, bags, cartons, gifts or similar) unless the recipient has registered with the hotel and is a staying guest. Any deliveries purchased online and arriving at the hotel during the stay of the guest must be accepted and signed by the guest directly. The hotel cannot take any liability, payments, quantity and quality control on behalf of the guest. Storage space at the property is limited. The hotel reserves the right to charge separately for disposal of bulk items or large quantities of packaging/wrapping materials. Please note that the hotel will undergo electrical equipment inspection on 11-Nov-2024 from 11:00am to 3:00pm. During this period all electrical devices such as elevator and water supply will be unavailable due to power outage. Please note that check-in time will be after 3:00pm and check-out time will be at 10:00am on this day.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property. A deposit may be required at the property.
