The food was okay.

The hair on our shower, dirty washcloths, no towels, dirty sheets, smelly hallways, trash in hallways and elevator, pool closed early, noisy people above us and in hallways, broken appliances, attitude from hotel staff, being told we needed to bring towels downstairs before we could have more like we work for them. I will never return here again. I want a refund or some way to make this right but no one will even reply to my emails.

Horrible the water barely runs right, the toilet was dirty we had move rooms that hallways look like an old apartment building that’s way past n update and I would’ve slept in my car if I’d a known kids would be running looose everywhere n smoking in the room I really want refund I literally regret paying for this the pictures don’t match what you coming to where you arrive

The look on the outside was really nice. The breakfast in the morning tasted good

but had to constantly remind staff to refill things in the kitchen man didn’t even speak English. He played on his phone the whole time. The pool had a nasty green/white film

My tub didn’t drain. I woke up to a bug crawling on my pillow. When I went to try n talk to someone. They had me register as a reward member n said someone would contact me. No one has reached out or nothing. I want my money back

The area was nice staff was excellent and for informative

The breakfast name square eggs, cold turkey sausage just terrible i had a suite was definitely not giving suite couch didn’t pull out into bed asked front desk they said 30 a night so we end up purchasing a air mattress
