We had a good stay. The staff was welcoming. The hotel was clean enough. The food good. Good parking needed for cars picking up guests. Still a good place to stay.

Terrible service! Make sure you book the correct Cresta Lodge and not Cresta Hotel. No one helps you. Dodgy place.

Great location to visit Harare, downside is that because it's so central it can be quite noisy. Bathroom wasn't up to b standard of rest of room, shower leaked

Great service. Excellent service from Kimberly at reception, Ernest and Warmly who was attending to the rooms. Would greatly recommend to friends and relatives.
