We enjoyed our stay. We had a little hickup in the beginning amd the staff quickly resolved the matter. Special thanks go to Primrose amd Ruveneko - These ladies are simply phenomenal. As it was our honeymoon they gifted with a beautiful fruit hamper. Thank you so much

"Do better Cresta Oasis"

The location is central

The bathroom was dirty, our water was cold and we got locked out of our room because the system wasn't working properly on the second night. Instead of fixing it with urgency we were told to sleep in another room. We refused and eve really over an hour or so later got assisted. We have been promised a reduced rate/refund of sorts, but no one has contacted us about it.
