Pas de placard dans la chambre. Une salle de bain et un toilette pour 10 chambres . Toilettes salles. Chambres extrêmement vétustes.

L’emplacement est correct en plein centre ville, niveau proprete il y a rien a re dire meme si un rafraichissement entre chaque nuit aurait ete sympa

La chambre etait tres petite et beaucoup trop bruyante, la clim prend tout l’espace et est aussi bruyante, le jour passe dans la porte d’entrée. Le lit pas tellement comfortable…

Great location - about 30 seconds away from a subway station. Comfortable beds. Air Conditioning. Shared bathrooms, but sink in the room.

Didn’t really look like the photos - but it was close enough for the amount of money you pay.

I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly and I cannot fault them at all. The location was very convenient - it was easy walking distance from the the city centre, the port and Palais des Congrais. The bed, bedding and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Despite strong reasons that prevent me from highly recommending this hotel (see below), I found it good value for money in comparison with alternative options in this area.

There were many homeless people / drug users around the vicinity of the hotel. I found this intimidating when I arrived alone, late at night. There were frequently strong drug odours around and inside the hotel during my stay despite the best efforts of the staff to keep everything smelling fresh. Although generally clean, the hotel is quite run down (exterior and interior). The security was questionable as I had an air conditioning unit vent stuck with tape that covering a window opening onto fire escape. Also, although I never saw any evidence of a small "room mate" but I was disturbed to find a mouse bait box on the floor next to my bed!

Su ubicación es muy buena puedes irte caminando a los sitios más emblemáticos de la ciudad. Quiero resaltar la amabilidad de su personal en especial a James quien siempre fue muy atento y puesto a resolver dudas.

No tienen plancha, ni secador de pelo y los amenities del baño no son la mejor calidad
