EL personal de recepción y estacionamiento atienden con amabilidad. Muy buen desayuno. Es un lugar tranquilo con lo básico, la habitación tiene frigobar. Muy buena limpieza.

Ocupamos dos habitaciones, en una de ella no funcionaba la calefacción, avisé en recepción pero nunca anduvo mientras estuvimos hospedados.

Nos gustó mucho hospedarnos aquí. El desayuno es muy completo y rico, el café era delicioso. En cuanto al personal, muy atentos siempre para responder cualquier inquietud. La ubicación es ideal para poder moverse caminando al centro de Puerto Varas, y también cuenta con espacio de guardado para el auto, que nos vino muy bien.

Localização excelente. Hotel bonito, mas um pouco antigo. Quartos pequenos, mas bem arrumados.

Tamaño de la habitación, ubicación del hotel y el personal fue realmente atento y amable con nuestra hija de 2 años, prestando mucha ayuda.

Por momentos la calefacción fue excesiva a pesar de que cortábamos el radiador en la habitación. Fuimos con hija de 2 años y ocupamos la misma cama, no encontramos disponibilidad de cama king, lo que hizo algo incómodo esa estadía. Pero en general todo anduvo muy bien.

"Esperaba más de un radisson , es el low low cost"

Todo limpio y prolijo pero las instalaciones son viejas y sin ambientación , no era lo que esperaba

Se escuchaba las habitaciones vecinas , mucho , lo cual hizo difícil dormir la primer noche, y no porque los huéspedes sean ruidosos , sino porque las paredes son poco acústicas El hotel en general bastante regular y viejo

"Excelente opción de alojamiento"

Muy buen lugar para visitar, está impecable en cuanto a limpieza, mantención, cuidados. El personal es muy amable desde la llegada, permanencia y salida del hotel. El desayuno es completo y tipo buffet para todos los gustos. Tiene excelente ubicación y entorno, la vista es hermosa. Quedamos muy felices por el lugar escogido, lo recomendamos.
