The stay was super comfortable and relaxing. The staff/owner was extremely courteous and helpful. The location is conveniently close to everything in town. The antique furniture gave a very warm and homey feel.

Older motel, parking was not convenient if you were on the back

Terrible lighting outside. I only stayed one of the two days I paid for, didnt feel safe. Some guy walking around outside and couldn't see his face because it was so poorly lit The room was not even close to what the pictures show. The pictures show new modern tile shower, my room was a old shower/tub combo that dripped all night. There is no one in the office until 9 a.m. The balcony was non-existent, no exaggeration, it was about 3' wide. The pictures show lounge chairs on the balcony, absolutely no room, not sure where the pictures were taken. Also want to comment on the fact that I reached out to Booking customer service and still no response.

Easy access into the property. Quiet and comfortable place to stay.

Bathroom curtain was see through when the light was on. Curtains didn’t cover the entire window on each side.

Only thing was the parking lot. But I understand it cant be helped. Still a great place!

Bed was comfortable, great price for one night stay in Eureka Springs.

Room smelled a little like smoke like a lot of these older hotels do.

I loved how comfortable the bed was and how quiet the whole area was.
