We stay here every time i have a Mayo Clinic appointment. Reasonable, clean, safe.and 8 mins fro. MAYP.
Room was close to the elevator. Listened to the beeps. Nice lady at front desk switched us to a quiet room. She had to program the keys 4 times to get them to work in the door. Phone didn't work at all. I fixed it. Property is clean inside and out. A little dated. Breakfast and breakfast staff were both good.
Great location! Everything you need is nearby. The hotel is somewhat dated but overall a very comfortable stay. Will be staying there again in a couple of weeks.

Enjoyed my weekend. The hotel was very quiet and clean. It was also in a good location. Centrally located near the beach and shopping. Will definitely be staying there on my next visit to Jacksonville.
