Guests highly rate the friendly staff and frequently praise the good location.
Stayed one night as I had an appointment at the Mayo Clinic. There was no air conditioning in our room and no room to move to. Will not being staying there again!!
The front desk staff was very helpful. When we got to our room, it smelled terrible - like wet dog. I called down to the front desk and the immediately and courteously moved us to a new room - which was fantastic.
Staff was friendly and greeted us each time we walked by.

It was clean. Breakfast was very good for continental, eggs/bacon, omelettes next day. The room was nice and had everything it was supposed to plus.
The coffee pot was dirty and there was no hot water. Several guests(from all floors) experienced the same. Apparently this was the entire building
