It was a nice hotel and good value and clean

For one the shower was leaking so bad that in 10 minutes the whole bathroom had a good 3 inches of water on the floor, completely flooded. And for 2, I stayed 1 night and ever since my phone has been getting absolutely blown up with texts and emails from the hotel. I never authorized spam emails or texts once so I dont know why im getting them. If I want to leave a review, im gonna do it on my own. And you blowing up my phone with 10+ messages and emails per day, thats starting to affect your rating. Aside from the shower, I loved my stay and I wouldve given 5 stars. But instead, now im more likely to give 2 or 3.

Clean, nice and cozy rooms. Great lobby area and amenities.

High altitude >9,000ft - be mindful of a potential high altitude sickness. Not the hotel issue though.
