King Edward Hotel

Hotel has an excellent location but unfortunately they are tearing up the street outside the front door which makes it very inconvenient to get from the garage to the front door. Room was clean but street noise made opening the windows at night (no A/C) impractical so room was a little warm.

Location is excellent. Parking included.

No Air Conditioning and poor ventilation in the room. Not clear at time of booking this was a 2 star or lower property. The beds were terrible and of very low quality. The bedding was ripped. Carpet was buckling and dirty.

The hotel gave us secured parking inside a building close by. With all the tourists in town, we appreciated knowing our car and possessions were safe. Also, we loved Tommy's Neighborhood Bar, a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Very friendly place for dinner and a drink.

The hotel is in the center of town on a noisy street. We were there over Labor Day weekend and people on the street were very loud late into the night. Not the hotel's fault ... but we would opt for a mid-week, non-holiday visit next time we're in Banff.

The hotel was very inconvenient. We had to park in a garage several blocks away. No air conditioning which made it very uncomfortable. Refrigerator was small. No microwave in room. Expensive for what we got.

Great location, the drop off and parking is a bit hard and confusing. Really close to everything in banff

Outdated rooms, very expensive for what you get. Couldn't pull up near the hotel had to circle multiple times

Solamente la ubicación. Pero no lo vale es horrible la habitación , el lobby si se puede llamar así.. te asfixia la habitación de sucias y oscura. No tiene aire acondicionado.. la ventana abre a un techo lleno de extractores de restorantes.

Nada me gustó es horrible . No vayas . Tuve la peor noche de mis vacaciones

It was in the perfect location in the middle of town, and we had the huge advantage of having a parking spot.
