Pets are welcomed. Pets are allowed at a price of $25 per pet per night based on available rooms. A pet deposit of $150 is required. Pets must be under 50 LBS. Limit of two pets per room. Pets must be house trained. Pets must be with owners at all times and cannot be left unattended in rooms. They must be leashed at all times in public areas of the hotel. Should it be determined that excessive disturbance or damages have taken place, the Hotel reserves the right to deduct from the Pet Deposit. The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Pet Deposit amount will not limit the right of the Hotel to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes, furniture, or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest and their Pets.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Got what we paid for"

Staff work very hard & do their best to understand requests. Extremely central location, bus to Banff springs and gondola is right outside the door. Very inexpensive, about the same price per bed as a hostel, but you get a private room and bathroom.

Lightbulb out in overhead fan Very loud at night due to bars across the street I think the twin beds were actually singles, very narrow No fitted sheets, so bottom sheet keeps getting untucked Comforters are thin Staff very hard working, but no continuity of information : we asked for 2 extra comforters, which we got. However, part way through our stay when the room was cleaned, the extra comforters were taken away and we had to ask for them again. That day we also had to ask for more toilet paper because it wasn’t added to. Also had to ask for replacement disposable cups.

Nicely remodeled. Very clean. Convenient walking to many amenities.

Street noise but you are downtown Banff... mostly when the bars closed.

"Great price for the location"

Great location

The parking is a bit of a walk with the construction going on. The hallway and our room smelt like pepper. We realized its from the restaurant but it was very strong in our room.
