"Poor hotel condition"

The insulation is the worst, we had kids running, jumping upstairs and was impossible to stay in that room, moved to a corner room and the condition of the room was terrible, mold all over the edge of the shower, the drawers of the bathroon cabinets all scratched out and overall poor hotel condition, find another one if possible

"It’s an ok stay."

It was ok. The breakfast was ok, it didn’t have a lot of options to choose from either morning. The bedroom was fine. The master bed was a little hard but the pillows were awful. They looked thick and comfortable but as soon as you laid your head on it, it flattened completely. Thank goodness my son brought his pillow because my husband was able to use the one provided for our son in addition to the 2 pillows that were for him. The bathrooms shower head was green from build up along with the bathroom sinks faucet. The one in the shower was almost completely green though. The pull out couch’s mattress was very thin, when we tested it, we could feel the bar underneath. The remote to the TV in the living area, the battery was also dead so we had to keep changing the channel for our son. It was an overall clean hotel itself. We didn’t use the pool or any of the amenities the hotel offered besides the breakfast. The staff were nice. The hotel seemed to be in a nice area. We didn’t have any problems and it didn’t seem very busy.
