"Great experience for the value - just outside of downtown"

The motel is super cute and the staff is very nice. I thought my room was a little dark - could definitely use some diffusing blinds or curtains so you can keep the shades open, otherwise you are in a fishbowl that everyone can look in and see you, or you're in a cave. Other than that, I enjoyed my trip and the restaurant was very good. A little slow so order ahead if you're in a hurry. But service was great and food was solid. It was a lot quieter than I thought it would be, which was a pleasant surprise.

"Clean, Fun and Friendly"

We loved staying at the RSVP. It was very clean and well appointed with many fun touches. The staff were accommodating and friendly. Having the farmer’s daughter cafe right there for a quick breakfast made it an ideal stop.

"Adorable motel with amazing amenities and thoughtful touches."

A great little motel with a lot of extra touches that make it feel so cozy. From the record player in the room, silk robes, fire pit and amazing diner... this place is special. Delicious homemade food and baked goods, champagne, and espresso. Great location as well just far enough from downtown to feel some serene vibes. Bike rental and an ice cream shop across the street too!

The room had a slightly musty smell but not too bad. That literally was my only complaint. And it wasn't too bad, only noticeable when entering the room. I also have a very sensitive sense of smell. I was able to open the window which was great.

I love the retro vibe - record player in room, album selection in office. Excellent coffee in lobby café. Location is perfect for a concert next door. Loved this stay, definitely going back!!
