Un appartement bien équipé, aussi bien en cuisine qu'en salle de bain, permettant un séjour en toute autonomie. La propreté des lieux est impeccable et le personnel se montre agréable et attentif. Idéalement situé dans un quartier calme, l'appartement bénéficie d'une excellente desserte en bus vers le centre-ville de Rennes. La proximité d'une zone commerciale constitue un atout supplémentaire, facilitant aussi bien les courses quotidiennes que les repas à l'extérieur.

On notera toutefois que le parking gratuit dispose d'un nombre de places limité, ce qui peut s'avérer contraignant. Un parking souterrain sécurisé est néanmoins disponible à proximité pour 6€, avec l'avantage d'offrir des emplacements spacieux. Par ailleurs, le mobilier de l'appartement accuse quelque peu le poids des années et mériterait une modernisation.
