Clean and comfortable. Good place to stay for a trip to IKEA. Spa bath was great and you couldn’t hear any city noise. Would stay again :)

"Great location - safe, secure and clean."

The motel is clean and well kept. The location is convenient with a supermarket nearby and a short distance to get on the motorway. I like the secure parking - the gate gets locked at 7pm so you can be confident your vehicle is safe and nobody can just wander in to the motel. Overall a very nice place to stay.

The only thing that could be improved is the comfort of the beds - they're very firm. A mattress topper would be an economical way to make a big difference to the comfort level.

This place was a wonderful find. Even though it is on the main road it was quiet, peaceful and secure. The staff are so friendly, exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms and good location. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay agsin.

The facilities were clean & Wendy went to extra lengths to ensure so. My partner and I will definitely be staying here from now on during our travels. Each day room service ensured that we were seen to and were taken care of. My partner and I ended up booking for one more night so that we could rest during the day. The bed was so lovely and comfortable, definitely recommended the king suite. Our bathtub was relaxing and we had requested that the jets were cleaned before our arrival as we have not had great experiences with other hotels/motels. Wendy and John (owners) are such lovely people. John is so friendly and Wendy is a very gracious and poise lady. One thing that I loved was also how peaceful the surroundings are and also safe. Loved the electric gate, it guaranteed our safety was a priority. The Greenlane Manor Motel is also very central and got us to where we needed to go without being caught in Auckland’s crazy traffic. I wish I had taken photos to share how beautiful our stay was. As stated before, I believe this will become our go to Motel when we travel to Auckland, as we are from Tauranga. Cheers Wendy & John! Definitely can’t wait to stay again but with more family next time around 😁❤️

"Comfortable and tastefully appointed motel room."

Quiet and private

The gate across the driveway. You have to get out of your car to activate the fob, as you can’t drive up to it. Otherwise it did provide very good security.
