J'ai pu bénéficier d'un surclassement sans supplément donc merci à l'établissement que je recommande pour son accueil , sa propreté, son cadre au calme, sa litterie très confortable. Petit dej très complet.

A part la télécommande qu'il a fallu changer car piles défectueuses et une prise murale non fonctionnelle, je recommande cet établissement.

Las vistas desde la habitacion. La cama es cómoda.

La tarjeta para abrir la puerta no funcionaba, tuve que bajar 3 veces hasta la recepción desde el tercer piso a las 00:00h y finalmente me dejaron una llave... La habitación tenía varias cosas que denotan que le hace falta un repaso de mantenimiento. El hidromasaje de la bañera no funcionaba. Hay varias cosas que están en mal estado, bañera de hidromasaje, jabonera, luces fundidas, el soporte de la ducha teléfono, se salía el agua de la bañera si dejabas el telefónillo colgado....

Personeel behulpzaam en vriendelijke maar gezien de drukte met hotelgasten zeker tijdens het ontbijt niet bij te benen.

Ontbijt leek op een veldslag, veel te weinig aanvulling van lege schalen, bestek, etc. Was zeker niet de schuld van personeel, dat deed (een personeelslid zelfs hoogzwanger) hun best. Qua planning klopte er geen bal van.

Wholesome staff, easy to park, comfortable bed, very clean, good breakfast. One of the staff was incredibly sweet and caring when I need her assistance for an emergency and looking for advices.

Toilets are incredibly small and you must cross the room to wash your hands.
