"don’t stay here"

Room was dirty and completely the opposite of what it was described on the website. It was quoted that there was heat but there was not, the door didn’t fully close so it was absolutely freezing in the room. We decided to book with a different hotel and only stayed in the room long enough to book somewhere else so i requested a free cancellation and they refused.

Spa tub in room

Unfriendly staff, band aid in the shower, bed was uncomfortable , pool was over chlorinated made my eyes burn, snack machine was empty ice machine had mold
