"Disappointed and disgusted"

Nasty room no towels trash on floor, drug dealers outside facility. They were supposed to refund me the money they had no rooms available and they knew that. Contacted management and was told I would be refunded haven’t seen the money place on my card yet

Not really a breakfast, what little they had was out or scrapping the bottom. Got to breakfast at 800am.
