Guests highly rate the 温泉の質 and frequently praise the 快適なベッド.
南館はとても離れていて、大浴場や食事などに本館に移動するのが少し面倒でした。 ベッドのシーツをめくったら虫がいて、怖かったです。 窓の外に大きな蜘蛛が巣をはっていて、捕食しているのが丸見えで残念でした。 自然の場所なので仕方ないとは思いますが、全体的に古く、ビュッフェも普通でした。 スタッフの方々は皆さんとても感じ良かったです。
温泉が良かった。解放感もありました。
食事にたいへん満足しました。 温泉も珍しい泉質て、掛け流し！ 最高です。 又お世話になりたいと思います。
夏に温泉がメインの利用で、本館のファミリールームに宿泊しました。本館自体はかなり建物は古く、経年的は変化はあちらこちらに認められますが、部屋自体はかなり広々していて快適でした。 今回最も楽しみにしていた露天風呂はかなり露出度高めですが、気持ちがよく、温度が違う2種類のお風呂もよかったです。お湯も濁り湯で、２４時間入れるのもよかったです。 食事はビュッフェでしたが、和洋中揃っていました。 露天風呂がお勧めです。
16時まで日帰り入浴を宿泊者と同じ風呂でやっており、多数の外来者がいた。女性用入り口近くに長時間留まる人がおり、見ていて気分が悪くなった。男性も腰簑を着けて露天風呂に入らなければならない。混浴であることで、誰がうれしいのか。
温泉が最高に良い‼️
The best part of the Manza Prince Hotel is the view of the outdoor onsen and the proximity to the skiing area. The breakfast and dinner buffet are good, but not great. The hotel is getting a bit old, but overall still pretty comfortable.

Hotel is rather old.too.No english speaking staff, nevertheless helpful.One young chinese trainee was great help interpreting for us Mid Dec is too early for a full enjoyment of the stay.Only 1 slope opened for ski, only 1 restaurant open for dining beside the buffet cafe.Quite dissapointd Guest to note the hotel bus only run 1 trip per day, the taxi from Karuizawa station would cost approx.Yen 25k to hotel. Ski in /out convenient Great outdoor onsen.
Great Onsen. Would be good during ski season (located next to runs). At the price we paid we expected business hotel level room. It’s what we got. Small room. Poor heating/ventilation control. Unit bath. Tiny TV.
