Americas Best Value Inn Longview

This was one of the worst properties I have ever stayed at. Orbitz had my room at just over $50, they charges me $65 which I didn't realize till the next afternoon. Holes in the walls, stains on the sheets, broken toilet seat and bugs in the shower. I would NOT recommend this hotel!

We stayed one night and it was not good at all. The website says hair dryer therefore I did not bring mine from home and we get there and it did not have a dryer. Holes in the sheets and dirty sheets. The electrical cord was out of the wall and sitting on the floor along with an open electrical outlet in the bathroom on the wall. Outside was homeless people and drug surringes all around.

Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Non smoking room- everything I took in, smells like smoke. my socks were sticking to the carpet.

We were here just for the night on a long roadtrip - got here late and left early - this was fine for just a good night sleep before heading back on the road. Right next to a McDonalds, which made it convenient to get a cup of coffee/breakfast before heading back out. No frills. But for the cost/room rate, an excellent value.

From outside building looks okay and clean. Floor had blood stains and roaches. Would not recommend anyone staying there!

Reserved a king, was given a roach infested double bed. Awesome.

Nice spot. For the price everything was ok. Dont really like staying in motels because of bed bug problems now, but i seen no bugs after waking up 20 times looking around. Just to let yall know Ive spent hundreds of dollars for a motel and they got bed bugs..So i would recommend staying here if in Longview area.

Horrible customer service. The room was not cleaned beforehand. There were crumbs and food on the floor, the sheets were dirty, the broken side table was upside down in the middle of the room. When we requested another room, they took us to a room that was currently occupied by another guest, who was asleep in the bed. We were then taken to another room and were told there would be an upcharge to move us to this room, which was still not clean. I asked for clean sheets and was told the sheets were clean; when I pointed out there was a stain on them the, the employee informed it was just paint. The room was so disgusting I went and bought my own bedding from Walmart down the street. When we requested a phone number for Customer Service the employee at the front desk called another employee on the land line and handed me the phone. After asking multiple times I was finally provided with a phone number to Customer Service / Corporate Office. This was a horrible experience and I will never visit another Americans Best Value Inn again.
