This was the perfect stay. Have been to St Simons 4 times in 5 months, and this was our favorite property to date. Beautiful views and steps away from the beach, Villa was spacious and overall property was super clean and well maintained, Easy stroll to restaurants and shopping.

I like that the property was nice. Quiet and included, but I didn't like that. The property is not on the ocean. It's across the street from the ocean. And my view wasn't really an ocean view.
I like that the property was nice and quaint,but I didn't like that it wasn't right on the beach! And the beach wasn't bad but it wasn't a view that I'm use to seeing!
We had a nice stay in this condo for two nights. It’s close to the water and a reasonable distance to walk to the restaurants downtown. Check in worked as expected, parking under the building was fine, and we even saw others in the pool in February. The only problem was… two hours of jackhammer noise on Friday afternoon, which shook the whole building. If we had known there was a construction project on the calendar, we would have stayed elsewhere.
Another amazing stay, worth every penny.
