Da simpatia e higiene mas principalmente da vista.

Le personnel agréable et accueillant, très bon français. Le petit déjeuner, l’emplacement et la mer.

Le spa pourrait être amélioré, très petit et moins bien entretenu. Le matelas est à change je pense ainsi que les oreiller.

Great location, swimmingpool, sunbeds, warm relaxing area with sea view, sun terrace, spacious rooms, balcony, bathroom without defects, Spacious breakfasts area.

Check-in process was horrible. We came at 14:00 and checked-in took 10 minutes despite the fact we have been second in the line. The receptionist took from us both passports, filled up something manually in the system - she was writing and writing rewriting the entire passport data (?). Next, she asked us for fulfilling again a form with emails, phone number, and sign under on a tablet (!). For your information, all these data are included on our booking by booking.com. We did not get keys since our room should be ready at 15:00 - the real check-in time. When we came on place at 15:00 we have been 9 in the queue, the same lonely lady behind the desk. Things went slow and slow and slow again. In the top moment there were 13 people in the line (!). We took our keys to the room after again 22 minutes of waiting. What more, there was a lady, a manager, walking around with a paper in hands and looking at awaiting guests. She did not help the single lady with checking in process. At 15:10 appeared a new receptionist and things speeded up. On and on, the hotel is poorly managed. There are more signs of these, but I do not want to exceed your time. Luckly, when we complain the room, we have got - the sea view was in fact the side sea view, we have been upgraded to real sea view room, called in the hotel 'front sea view'.

O que mais me agradou neste hotel foi, sem dúvida, o conforto do quarto, que era excelente e proporcionou uma estadia muito agradável. O pequeno-almoço também merece destaque, com bastante variedade e tudo muito saboroso. Cheguei de madrugada e, devido ao atraso, a minha reserva já tinha sido cancelada. Ainda assim, um dos colaboradores atendeu-me com simpatia e ajudou a resolver a situação de forma rápida e eficiente. Atendimento impecável. Super recomendo e voltaria a hospedar-me novamente.
