Das Hotel ist sehr schön und in erster Reihe. Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Blick von Balkon aufs Meer ist sehr schön . Tolle Zimmer,leckeres Essen. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Vielen lieben Dank

Lage, Blick von den oberen Zimmern, wunderschöner kinderfreundlicher Strand vor der Tür. Ruhe ohne große Straße vor den Fenstern. Linienbus A42 direkt vom Airport quasi vor die Tür. Genug Liegen am Pool, trotz dass ausgebucht war im Oktober. Wir waren schon das 3. Mal dort.

Zuerst haben wir ein Zimmer mit Blick auf Burger King und Geruch nach Frittenfett auf dem Balkon bekommen, obwohl ich Wochen vorher um unser altes Zimmer ganz oben mittig gebeten hatte - diesem Wunsch konnte erst am 3. Tag nachgekommen werden, mit Begründung sie hätten andere Stammgäste! Wir waren das 3. Mal da. Da wir nur 5 Tage hatten, war der Urlaub zerstückelt und im Eimer. Haben aus dem Koffer gelebt. Leider über die Jahre viele Low Level Leute: neben dem 1. Zimmer saufende Kettenraucher, im 2. Zimmer 1 Uhr nachts Musik und lautes Möbelrücken, Türen schlagen. Endlose Schlangen am Buffet. Es gibt nur 1 Bar mit Getränken/ Kaffee und 1 Life Kochstation, mit 2 Kindern stand ich ewig. Dazu wurden wir ständig von einem unfreundlichen Kellner vom Tisch vertrieben, da wäre nicht für 3 eingedeckt usw. Bei Abreise nachts wurden wir vom Nachtportier vom Buffet vertrieben, obwohl ich es bei der Rezeption angemeldet hatte. Das wäre für andere Gäste - wie bitte?! Es war diesmal anstrengend und dass unserem Zimmerwunsch auch Wochen nach Äußerung nicht nachgekommen wurde, hat leider den Urlaub ruiniert.

What we liked the most was the cleanliness - the hotel was spotless, and the staff cleaned thoroughly every day. The location was also perfect, right next to the beach. The food was decent; although there weren't too many options, everything was tasty and well-prepared.

What we didn't like was the location of our room. Even though we mentioned on Booking that we were traveling with our 1-year-old son, the hotel staff didn't seem to know that. Our room was on the third floor, on the right side of the hotel - one side facing the beach and the other facing the main street. Unfortunately, that side was closest to the Britannia Pub, where music could be very loud until midnight, which was a problem with a young child. Also, although the room description said it had a sea view, the sea was only partially visible, as most of the view was blocked by the wall of the nearby building. I can't say all rooms are like that because my sister and her family booked the same type of room (same price, booked at the same time), and theirs had a much better location - in a different wing, on a higher floor, and with a full sea view. I asked at the reception to change the room, and they offered to do it for an additional 25 euros after two days, once a room became available. We initially planned to move but decided to stay after settling in. So, while the rooms are advertised as having a sea view, be aware that not all of them truly do.
