O jardim é lindo, as comidas são boas, funcionários muito legais (a maioria), piscinas lindas também..

No almoço tem poucas opções de comida. Fomos de lua de mel, preenchi todo o formulário e mesmo assim não organizaram nada.. só depois de muita cobrança, na nossa última noite.

Sandals hält was es verspricht. Von der Ankuft, mit Empfang und Transfer zum Hotel, lief alles reibungslos, das klassische Sorglospaket eben. Die Anlage ist groß, sehr schön und gepflegt, es stehen sogar Fahrräder für die Anlage zur Verfügung. Es gibt sehr viele Bars und Restaurants zur Auswahl. Das Angebot an Freizeitaktivitäten ist unfassbar, Schnorcheln, Tauchen, Tennis, Pickleball - alles ist dabei und inkludiert. Das Resort wird hauptsächlich von Amerikanern besucht, wir waren die einzigen deutschsprachigen Personen dort. Der Service lässt manchmal zu Wünschen übrig, die Standards mit Namen vorstellen usw. werden gelangweilt herunter gesprochen, Teller beim servieren teilweise hingeklatscht. Es gibt aber auch sehr bemühtes Personal, die Spaß an der Arbeit haben und gut gelaunt sind. Leider sind das nur wenige und sie gehen in der Masse des durchschnittlichen Personals unter. Die Arbeitsmoral ist dort halt eben eine total andere, Trinkgeld gibt es nicht, daher wird sich auch kaum bemüht. Die Abreise ist wieder top organisiert, man bekommt 2 Tage vorher einen Brief aufs Zimmer mit allen Informationen und es klappt alles super gut und schnell. Was schade war ist, dass wir unser Honeymoon dort gefeiert haben und das dem Hotel vorher auch mitgeteilt hatten. Leider wurde darauf überhaupt nicht eingegangen. All in All ein super schönes Ressort wo einem nichts abgeht, solange man Geduld für das Personal und ihre Launen mitnimmt. ;-)

Estrutura boa, mas atendimento e serviços precisam melhorar muito. Fizeram uma confusão imensa com nossas bagagens, alem da falta de comunicação entre os funcionarios.

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Die Auswahl beim Essen war grandios und das Team war auch sehr zuvorkommend.

It is very relaxing but they have to do something about the tv not working for most of the time we were there

Save half the money and stay somewhere else. This Sandals is not worth the premium. The front desk staff was routinely hiding around the corner gossiping, and we had to call for them every time. One time we asked from our car from the valet, and he took our keys, went outside and sat on the bench. When I approached him 5 minutes later he said he was waiting for someone to drive him over to the car instead of walking. Upgrading to Club level rooms includes a special club area concierge, but they're rarely there answering the phone and have little power but to redirect you to someone else. Totally not worth it!
