Hotel Metro Tower

Hotel Metro Tower was so lovely. Clean bath separate shower lovely toiletries and silent air conditioning. Great WiFi in the room. Food was fresh and lots of choice at breakfast .Staff were friendly .This hotel deserves full marks.We liked its location, clean spacious well furnished rooms, facilities, delicious food and most important fast service by honest staff. This is lovely transit hotel located near International Airport terminal 3.We will next time also choose this hotel and will recommend it to my family members and friends.

Hotel staff is very good. Managers were very helpful. This place is very close to the airport. Economical pricing. Excellent staff and service. Taxi service available for airport drop off on a low price. Highly recommended. I would love to stay again.

I stayed here for one night in transit - arrived late at night from delhi igi and left the next morning for airport. The hotel is good for just one night . The bathrooms could use an upgrade and the breakfast is very basic. The staff was very accommodating with my late night arrival and made check out very easy. The also arranged for a ride to the airport in the morning.I would only stay here if you just need a place for the night on the way to the airport but no more than that

FYI leave pleanty of time if you end up booking here. Becuase you will likely have to find alternative accomidation. Unless of course you are not concerned about soiled sheets, lack of privacy (no door), and random people sleeping in the hallways next to random pieces of equipment.

Terrible is putting it mildly.. Dirty rooms, bedding, toilets and poky with TVs that hardly have any channels.. No hot water so during winter you bound go have frozen parts!! Breakfast is a sham.. You cant call it a snack even!! The noise of the road will ensure that you dont sleep well either..

호텔 매니저를 통하여 JAIPUR TOUR 와 AGRA TOUR를 4700 루피에 예약 했다. 값으로 보아 당연히 호화 버스에 고급 서비스를 기대 했다. 그러나 결과는 걸레같은 버스에 다른 서비스는 전무. 결국 같이 가는 관광객들을 통하여 두가지 여행의 정상가격이 700 루피임을 확인 했다. 무려 4000루피(약 10만원)를 바가지 쓴 것이다. 격분한 나는 매니저에 강력히 항의하며 환불을 요구 했지만 거절 당했다. 그가 베푼 PICKUP 서비스등을 후하게 고려해도 3000 루피 이상을 당한셈. 이자를 조심 하시라. 그런 호텔을 피하는 것이 최상책일듯.

Picked up at aiport in a car that could hardly make the short trip to the hotel. Drop of at airport very expensive and still not in a car with a/c.

The worst experience ever, and I can travel rough!! But this was too rough for me! There's no airport pick up shuttle. No breakfast. We had to pay for a cab to get there. The room was disgusting. We never checked in until 6am after we were scammed by the cab driver and taken to another hotel because there's no street number under the street address (just road). Never again!!!!! I just called hotel.com and told them that they need to take this off their database.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The location was in a dark, dirty, seedy part of town, the hotel staff tried to cheat me several times, the rooms were filthy, and they didn't even proved towels to wipe your hands or take a shower. When I first arrived the hotel staff told me they didn't have a credit card reader and that I would have to walk in the rain to the ATM machine to get money. Not only that but they quoted a price 3x more than the original price. When I refused and demanded to be taken to a different hotel out popped the credit card reader. There was not much I could do, they refused to take me anywhere else and there was no taxi traffic anywhere to be seen, plus it was dark and raining.On top of all that, the beds were dirty and they were doing construction outside at 1am. I had to lay on my jacket to keep my head off the grimy pillow case. The only luck I had was that I needed to leave at 4am to catch my next flight, which they agreed to take me for an additional fee.
