Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. L’appartement est extrêmement bien équipé et l’hôtel à proximité de toutes commodités ( bus, restaurants, supermarché, plage…) Merci à l’établissement pour sa prestation et son personnel présent à toute heure.

The worst all inclusive experience i've ever had! You have to travel to sister locations as its not peak time which is understandable but the buffets we travelled for were absolutely vile, there is supposed to be different cuisine nights however it was the same every single day, breakfast was fine, but lunch and dinner were disgusting- the same dried roast potatoes every day and an abysmal selection of meat, by the 2nd day when we realised it wasn't getting any better we resorted to eating out with cost a considerable amount more than we expected with it being an all inclusive. The drink selection is dire and the bar is not manned constantly meaning you were waiting for ages at certain points. We paid for a superior apartment room that just said 'sleeps four' and when we arrived there were two rock hard single beds, a bed on the floor and a sofa. The first night the toilet handle snapped off in my hand. We went downstairs to complain about our room and got told to speak to the manager the next day and that they'd get us in a room with 4 beds as there was some available, when we did he was very rude and told us our room had already been upgraded and he didn't know why we were complaining. It also states on the information that there are no stag do's or hen parties allowed, because they are loud and cause disruption, however on our 3rd day three separate school trips checked in and were incredibly loud, running up and down the hallways all night banging and screaming and constantly in the lobby at all times of day shouting. The actual atmosphere in the hotel was very quiet but this was because it was not peak time. All in all a very uncomfortable expensive trip that left us all out of pocket and defeated. The reviews regarding the €100 deposit are true, if you do it on card it does not come back. I personally wouldn't stay here again and we're in the process of getting a refund back for our unexpected expenses via insurance!
