The Pride Hotel

Breakfast course 1. There’s a wide range of selections to choose from, from asian meals to north and south indian; 2. All kinds of beverages are also there which is much appreciated For improvement, hotel can also introduce new things in the menu every 2 days as we noticed that food is almost same everyday with few variations. Kanchana assisted us during breakfast, and i have seen other hotel staff being very helpful which is a plus Room 1. Room is very spacious even for deluxe 2. Loved the seating area near the window 3. Room gets cleaner everyday What we just don’t like so much is that the washroom door can’t be closed properly and the door leading to washroom is open. Hence it’s difficult to manage it you are sharing the room with someone since there is also a mirror opposite that door entrance to the washroom/shower room. Lastly, fridge compartment was there but fridge is not installed.

The hotel is a good value for money in the heart of bengaluru, breakfast spread is good and service is very good, specially Kanchana and her colleagues helped.

It was a very good stay.Behaviour of staffs are good. Staff named Kanchana has given prompt response during breakfast fast.

Food was delicious. Staff was excellent Mr Amit, chef Vishal and all others were good.Will visit again and recommend to my friends.

The staff were cooperative and helpful. The breakfast buffet had good food choices. Staff approached personally for the requirements everytime on the table. The service was excellent.

Stay in this property only if you want to get a sudden wake up call at 2:00 am in night as their check in staff has misplaced your check in form and they want you to come down and get all verification done again. They did to my colleague and no one even bothered to apologise and were arrogantly saying it’s just the policy they are following, wow! What a policy. Front desk staff Arshad, Mitu ( seems to be false name as it was written over a paper pasted on top of actual name plate) and Swarnim were responsible for this fiasco and ruining the night prior to an important business meeting. Pathetic hotel, will never stay again.

Everything was great about buffet breakfast and restaurant here, Ms Kanchana was prompt in service and assistance, would like to come again.

The Pride Hotel at Richmond Road in Bengaluru is a centrally located property. The staff is very warm, friendly and responsive. In the front of the house, I was very happy with the ease of check-in and other interactions with Swarnil and Subroto. The restaurant staff is an amazing combination of responsive service and short elegant conversations. Particularly enjoyed my interactions with Thoiba, Khairul, Suraj, Binita, and Kanchana. The housekeeping was also extremely responsive. There was a glitch with the DND switch which caused the normal service to not take place during the day. However, upon my request at 9:15 pm the housekeeping came and serviced the room. The fitness Centre is well equipped with all the kinds of amenities required for full workout. All in all a great place with wonderful staff.

Wonderful service by Thoibi. Very warm and pleasant. Food was also good. Good ambience. Extension chords at conference room tables would be helpful during business meetings.
