The room was well-equipped and modern. Pool and spa area was great.

Aircon to 2nd/3rd bedrooms would have been preferred. It got quite hot in those rooms during the night.

Upon arrival we were given an upgrade by reception which was very much appreciated. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom was spacious and clean and the shower had terrific water pressure. Thank you! Hubby really enjoyed being able to have a decent swim in the pool. We would highly recommend Oaks Aspire to anyone needing a comfortable stay in Ipswich. Next time we come to visit we will definitely stay here again :)

The car spaces in the underground carpark are a bit tight, but we managed and appreciated that the hire car was safely secured - so it's not a complaint just an observation.
