Pet friendly which is why I chose this and good facilities in close proximity, such as fuel, restaurants etc. Nice staff and easy route into Cambridge.

"Would come again, pretty good"

All round good stay, very helpful and friendly staff. 1st night the heating wasnt working, they would of probably resolved it that night but i left it til the next morning and while i was out that day they resolved the problem, so cant fault that at all. Plenty next door in the service cente. And a bar at reception to get a beer, pretty good all round would come again

"Toiletries removed without notice"

All good until my toiletries were removed without notice on the last day. Unfortunately the mgmt have been unable to Deal with it as they passed it around. I lost out with a simple sorry but no compensation for replacement.

Not a clean hotel. There was also next to no heating. Thankfully, our stay was only for a night. Definitely, not returning.

The heating system in the room was disabled and no longer in use, there was a mini electric radiator in the room that was not pre warmed up on the 1st of January in minus conditions, so for the first few houra the room was absolutely freezing. Everything was great. Just that oversight of not preheating a room to a mild warm, it was freezing and the radiator took an age to heat the room up. Apart from that i enjoyed my stay.

We checked in at night! This place could be a motel for an emergency stay but not a Ramada hotel!
