We booked a room with aircon as knew it would be hot. The toilet did not flush in the room they gave us. They gavce us another room but no aircon. Tried to open the window but it was not possible as opened on to the foyer, not outside. They supplied a fan but was inadequate as just blew hot air around room. Didn't sleep well at all due to the heat

The property has been neglected the air condition doesnt work and doesn’t seem to have been operational for some time

I was a temporary stay price was good and if you have a dog he can stay at the hotel a food court next door to the hotel which helps

I stay here because the cost was quite good and easy access to get too will book again

I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your property, which unfortunately fell far below expectations. The room I was initially given was located next to a busy truck stop, and I was kept awake from around 2am due to constant noise from trucks. To make matters worse, the TV did not work, the pillowcases were torn, and there was only one towel provided. The next day, I requested to be moved to another room, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, the second room was just as unsatisfactory. It also faced the service area and was very noisy. Again, the TV didn’t function, only one towel was available, and the bathroom had broken tiles with the shower hose hanging off the wall. This series of issues made for a very unpleasant and stressful stay, which is not what I expected when booking with your I would appreciate it if you could review my complaint and let me know how you intend to resolve this matter. I look forward to your response.

Quiet and good parking

There were beetles on the floor in our room, the corridor and dining area. The room would not lock from the inside which was difficult with a toddler. The bathroom looked very tired and grimy, though not obviously dirty.

An OK hotel in a handy location chosen for no other reason than price and availability.
