I forgot my current id but provided expired id (several years expired) but was all the same info and I was refused service at 2 am in the morning and I had already prepaid the room. Very disappointed that they wouldn’t work with me. Thankfully the booking company is refunding my money due to this incident. Not happy at all.

I fully paid for a room through bookings. I had a confirmation number, a pin, a receipt, and even got a message from the hotel about my stay. When I arrived thirty minutes later I was told my reservation wasn't found. After waiting for the reservation to come, I was told to try and cancel my reservation and go to the hotel next door and they would match my price. I requested a cancellation with no response a day later and the money was fully taken out of my account. I'm not happy. Don't stay at this hotel unless you're wanting to be scammed by the owners. The people at the Days Inn let me know that the person that tried finding my reservation doesn't even work for the Travelodge but for Days Inn. The owners of the Travelodge have yet to get a hold of me.
