Frühstück war okay; Lage in Laufweite zum Bahnhof und kurzer Weg zu Bussen ins Zentrum, aber Umgebung nicht sonderlich ansprechend; Gepäckaufbewahrung, Klimaanlage, Balkon mit Blick in den Garten

Hotel gleicht in Optik und Ausstattung einem Seminarhaus, deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, Matratzen verrutschen leicht / Einzelmatratzen im Doppelbett, Balkontür lässt sich nur öffnen, wenn man das Bett verschiebt, das kostenfreie Mobilitätsticket gab es nur auf Nachfrage (obgleich im Vorfeld die für die Ausstellung benötigten persönlichen Daten abgefragt und per Mail übermittelt wurden, lagen diese beim Check-in weder vor noch wurde das Ticket aktiv herausgegeben)

The beds were comfortable and the coffee machine in the room was a Nespresso, so good.

The hotel feels a little dated. In no particular order, here are some examples: - The TV was not a smart TV, so you get local channels (no access to YouTube, Netflix, etc) - The headboard was made of a fake leather material but shows signs of significant wear and tear (cracks) - The shower cubicle leaked - The decor was fine, but not modern It seemed expensive. - Maybe Salzburg is an expensive city, but we paid double here compared to Vienna for half of the quality / luxury. - 23 Euros per person for breakfast is again on the steep side. We went down the road to a bakery and had breakfast there at less than half the price.

Close to the station, good restaurant, friendly staff, good refrigerator in room

Garbage in our room, slightly clogged shower drain, coffee pods not restocked.

Le personnel qui s'est démené pour trouver une chambre la plus adaptée possible à une personne en fauteuil roulant électrique. Hôtel propre et calme.

Le site indique un hôtel adapté PMR mais aucune chambre ne l'est si vous n'êtes pas un minimum autonome au niveau de la marche. Douche et salle de bains non adaptées. Restaurant qui ne nous a pas servi de dessert car les cuisines ferment a 22h!!!! Petit déjeuner très cher.
