La receptionist molto disponibile

Isolamento acustico inesistente, sembrava di avere i tram dentro la stanza. Inoltre, le finestre sono schermate solo da una tenda che non copre nemmeno tutta la finestra. Portatevi i tappi per le orecchie.

"Excellent apartment close to the city center"

The 3-bed bedroom with a bathroom was excellent. Exactly what we needed for a short stay. Location is perfect, close to downtown, the Christmas market, and other sightseeing points. The instructions on how to enter were clear. The communication with the property was nice and clear. The room was clean. I would recommend this property to all travellers for short visits to Krakow. Zabka's (local small market stores) were available on every corner.

For a superb experience, the property could've left enough toilet paper to cover a 3-day stay. We bought this on our own, but this should have been there.

Ottima posizione, struttura abbastanza pulita anche se la moquette presentava delle macchie. Il bagno era molto pulito ed appena stato ristrutturato.
