Obsługa na miejscu bardzo profesjonalna , pomocna szybko reagująca. Za co bardzo dziękuję.

Niestety przerazil mnie stan materaców na łóżkach, były bardzo zabrudzone, strach było na nich spać. Dodatkowo 1 łóżko bylo łóżkiem polowym z cienkim materacem , czego nie było w opisie przy rezerwacji. Mieliśmy jeszcze trudność ze znalezieniem wolnego miejsca do zaparkowania, gdyż obiekt nie posiada parkingu.

El personal del aparthotel es muy amable y atento. El último día me permitieron dejar guardadas allí las maletas y me pidieron un taxi para el aeropuerto, cosa que se agradece enormemente y permite tranquilidad y comodidad, y más si viajas solo. El desayuno, aunque no está en el hotel mismo, sino a unos cinco minutos a pie, era muy completo y con gran variedad. Recomiendo contratar el desayuno si vas a este aparthotel. La habitación era amplia, con baño incluido y muy cómoda. Además, la ubicación es excelente. Se sitúa a cinco minutos andando del centro y a cinco minutos del barrio judío; en medio de los dos lugares de mayor interés de la ciudad. Muy recomendable.

La limpieza de la habitación va incluida pero se debe pedir previamente.
