キンプトン系列を初めて利用したのは、フィラデルフィアのキンプトンモナコで、そのときにハッピーアワーやモーニングコーヒー、素敵なインテリアなど、独特のサービスに感動しました。今回はパロマに宿泊したのですが、同様のサービスがあり、嬉しかったです！日本の新宿にあるキンプトンもお気に入りで、キンプトンはどこに泊まっても安心だと今回確信しました。犬好きなら他の宿泊客のフレンドリーなワンちゃんたちに癒されるとゆう特典付き。モナコは観光に、パロマはお買い物にぴったりの立地です。日本からのお客さんはアメリカのホテルにケトルがあるかいつも心配されると思うのですが、こちらはコーヒーメーカーでお湯が沸かせたのも良かったです！スタッフもみんなフレンドリーでした！

バスタブの栓の閉め方がわかりづらかったです。

The room was large, well appointed and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, helpful and responsive. The hospitality credit was a really nice surprise and encouraged us to use the amenities at the hotel. The location was terrific. I was very pleased overall.

Was not able to get an extra blanket.
