Dermot was great! Hospitality is really great here and they will give you great recommendations on where to go. The hotel itself is clean and right in the middle of rittenhouse.

The bed, the tub, the shower, the air conditioning, the lights, the lobby, the restaurant, the mirrors, the staff, and the pillows.

It was a stain on my bed sheets. There are a few stains on the curtains. The refrigerator wasn't cold, and there wasn't a microwave. The view could have been better too.

I had a wonderful stay at Kimpton Hotel Palomar Philadelphia during a recent business trip. The location is excellent—central and convenient for getting around the city, which made my work schedule much easier to manage. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a really comfortable atmosphere. What stood out the most was the staff—they were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. Special shoutout to Dermot who was fantastic and super helpful. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again for both business and leisure.

Jenn was an amazing front desk agent around!! She made my staff above and beyond my thoughts. Dermot the manager was so personable and friendly just made my experience at this hotel even more amazing than it already was. Would stay here over bad over again!!

Traveling to Philly for a college visit with my daughter. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect, from the front desk attendants and the happy hour with truffle popcorn to the daily text messages about our stay and room needs, as well as the restaurant recommendations and the breakfast, we couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Palomar is in the midst of everything but not a crowded chair hotel. Thanks to Jenn and Dermot for the GREAT HOSPITALITY, I’ve worked at the RC Dallas and I know service. Hoping to stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay here. Dermot at the front desk was helpful and kind, helping make sure everything went smoothly. The lobby is beautiful, the rooms are clean and tidy. No issues whatsoever!
