The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful , good bedding and the location is great

Dinner services ends early but the room service is good

I had a great spa treatment by Ms. Ekin, which was the only thing positive about my experience at the hotel.

I had a very disappointing stay at Wyndham Ankara. The hotel and rooms are clearly outdated and poorly maintained. The air conditioner wasn’t working, and even though it was quite warm inside, it was impossible to cool the room because they disable the cooling function outside of summer months — which is unacceptable for a five-star property. The bathtub couldn’t be emptied because the drain button was broken. The customer service line was often unavailable, and when I finally managed to reach someone, they didn’t seem to care about the issues at all. To make things worse, my room was cleaned despite having a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. This shows a serious lack of coordination and respect for guests’ privacy. Overall, I believe this hotel suffers from major managerial problems, which are clearly reflected in the staff’s attitude and the poor maintenance. Definitely not the quality one would expect from a Wyndham-branded hotel.
