Zentrale Lage - direkt am Bahnhof - trotzdem leise. Straba direkt vor der Tür. Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Klimaanlage vorhanden und kann individuell eingestellt werden. Ticket für den ÖPNV kostenlos!!!!

Tolle Lage zum Hauptbahnhof und damit zur Weiterreise. Trotz Lage im Hotel ruhig. Kühlschrank im Zimmer top. Ein und Ausschecken problemlos.

Da gibt es nach 1 Nacht nichts.

Die Lage des Hotels

Klimaanlage funktionierte schlecht....im 1. Zimmer funktionierte Minibar gar nicht, daher Umzug in Zimmer mit schlechterer Lage zu den Zügen hin, Frühstück: Samstag Morgen um 8.30 keine Brötchen!!!!!

Breakfast quite nice, room pleasant

My booking was cancelled incorrectly because I didn't arrive before 6 pm, even though the booking was guaranteed by card and shouldn't have been cancelled. The staff eventually sorted it out but it took nearly an hour of my time and a lot of stress, and they didn't offer any kind of proper apology or compensation. Would not recommend this hotel.
