"th stay was OK"

The location was convenient

The room was ok; I feel like there needs to be some updates, especially to the bathroom; we also found quite a few hair strands on the bed.

Nothing

Furniture was VERY old, and appeared to have been found discarded on the sidewalk, dented and deep scratches and brought in to furnish the hotel room. A kitchen but zero supplies. Not even a coffee pot.
