Fernse und einige Heizungen haben in der Deluxe Suite nicht funktioniert. Das Personal beim Check In konnte weder richtig deutsch noch Englisch. Ein Angestellter war für Check In, Check Out und Bar gleichzeitig verantwortlich und komplett überfordert.

A bit scarce on the toilet paper, got only 1/3 of a roll. Room was interesting and spacy, quiet location. Arrived late, clerk was not overly friendly or informative eg on breakfast

No water in the room. Cold and off smell

The hotel had a consistently fresh feel. From polished floors in the lobby to shining bathroom fixtures, it was clear cleanliness and maintenance were priorities.

I really didn't like it when i wanted to make changes to nooking and the hotel wouldn't pick up the phone. I also sent emails and made requests on expedia app, but there no answer, which was disappointing. Then i had to send someone physically to do the needful.

Für den Preis war der Aufenthalt ausgezeichnet. Mein Zimmer war groß, mit einem breiten, bequemen Bett, und alles war makellos sauber. Das Personal war während meines gesamten Aufenthalts höflich und effizient.

The furniture quality was impressive. The wardrobe was spacious, the desk practical, and the bed sturdy. Combined with cleanliness, it felt like a higher-class hotel.
