Moskovskaya gorka by Usta Hotels

Я конечно не Лена Летучая, но считаю, что ковролин в 4* отеле не должен быть в пятна похожих на разлитый кефир на виду посреди номера, между кроватью и прикроватной тумбой не должно быть клоков волос с пылью. Персонал вежлив и учтив. Уборка средняя, подушки неплотные, матрас под моим весом ( около 100 кг ) проминался почти до основания, лежать было неприятно. Сравнивать есть с чем - посещал более 50 отелей - 5* и 4*. Такие плохие матрасы попались только в двух, включая этот отель.

I came to visit after 21 years in United States. I was pleasantly surprised by quality of service, polite, caring staff. Breakfast was great. It fell welcoming, safe, caring. The front desk was always there for us. They helped us to set up our phones, gave directions. The location is great, close to everything. Place is beautiful. We met a lot of friends, people wanted to see us. We spent many evenings in the lobby bar meeting with our old friends. It's cozy, affordable, food was good.

A modern and neat hotel a bit far away from city centre. Staff is exceptional. Breakfasts are in a rather small restaurant but are well arranged and with nice choice. Explaining a taxi driver how to come to this hotel is sort of hard. But everywhere in Russia is like that.

Nice confortable hotel close to the city center and easy to reach, good service with exception of the hotel bar where waiters do not speak English and are not as gentle as you migth expect. Hotel managemnt quick to respond to rectify mistakes made by others, as I said an overall good evaluation, but English should be spoken by all personnel dealing with customers. Breakfast is os good quality and variety.

This is the first time I stayed in the hotel because I was not happy with the previous place I stayed. Moskovskaya Gorka is much better. Good room, decent internet, nice bath room and a good breakfast with fresh fruits. I will go here again.

Located not far from city centre, this newly build (or restored) hotel is good for buisness-trips and exploring the city as well. When asking for a wake up call, they also tell you the weather forecast and the traffic situation in the morning - that's really nice. Good lobby bar with 24 hours working kitchen. Solyanka here is even better than borsch, risotto is great, beer is cold, but meat dishes are disappionting (and overpriced at the same time). Avoid ordering taxi from the recaption - they'll at least double the price. Use web or phone app rutaxi

My third or fourth stay there during the last 18 months. No problems whatsoever, nice restaurant, close to everything hotel. everything a business traveler expects is there.

New building is excellent. It has very spacious room which is very difficult to find in Russia. Good location just few yards away from center. Excellent pick for business travelers. Free wifi and decent Breakfast.

This hotel is good choice for business trip. It's located not far from the center of the city. Large rooms with all needed things make your living in Ekaterinburg comfortable. There is free wi-fi in the hotel and it's speed is very fast. Every morning weather forecast, astrology forecast and history of the date are hung in the lifts. Hotel is clean and beautiful. But rooms are cleaned not every day. Breakfast is tasty and offers big diversity of dishes. But service in restaurant is very slowly. So don't have lunch in hotel if you are hurry. There are conference hall, restaurants, bar and spa-center in the hotel. Convenient parking is near hotel.

This is a modern comfortable hotel. It's located not right in the city center but within a couple of metro stations from it. If there is no traffic you can get to the hotel from the airport in 20-25 min by car. Hotel has two parts, one is 3 star, another - 4 star. I recommend to stay in the last one because it has much more spacious rooms with all the facilities and free wi-fi internet. The whole impression of the hotel is quite good especially for business travel.
