Hilton Garden Inn Las Cruces

I want to say that the other housekeepers can learn a lot from Sara. I could tell when she cleaned my room during my stay. The kindness she showed was truly remarkable, and she had a genuinely positive attitude towards me every single time. Sara and the front desk staff made my stay exceptional. If you ever find yourself in Cruces, I highly recommend staying here. They will always go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is truly wonderful.

We have a band new puppy and we’re absolutely exhausted from the night before. Vanessa was our server for breakfast and could not have been more lovely. She was sweet and kind and made our whole morning feel more normal. Excellent service.

The hotel is awesome. It’s old but has a charm to it. The staff is friendly. Everyone I encountered at this Hilton Garden Inn had a smile or was very knowledgeable about the area. Special thanks to Austin for telling us about the trackway. We had a long hike, but it was worth it.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Las Cruces is an excellent place to stay. The hotel is kept clean and neat. The kitchen grew especially Angel (the cook) Vanessa, Desiree and Olga my (Tortuga mountain guide) made my stay extra special ♥️. I don't want to forget the smiling faces of the administrative personnel up front Parker and Kevin. Let me not forget Sara the cleaning queen; with her attentionto detail. The hotel has tons of amenities accessible to guest including a courtyard, gym, laundry room, large pool and an outdoor eating area with a fireplace. I stayed here for two months for work and the staff made the Hilton Garden Inn memorable. Thanks again.

I was a little disappointed in my star. I used my Hilton rewards points for this stay, but I wish I’d chosen somewhere else and kept those points for a better experience. The electricity was scheduled to be out the following morning from 9 am - noon, and no one informed me of this at check-in. They should have if for no other reason than as a courtesy. The following morning I noticed the electricity in my room was out and spent time trying to call the front desk from my cell phone as the phone in the room wasn’t working. The front desk was busy every time, and I eventually gave up and decided to just check out. This disrupted my plans because I’d planned to do some paperwork on my laptop, as well as planning the next leg of my trip. I wanted to try out that Herman Miller desk chair. Unfortunately, I needed an internet connection for that. Upon leaving my room and going to take the elevator down (I was on the third floor), I was a bit annoyed to see the notification of the power outage on a table. How do they expect people with mobility issues to leave without the elevators working? I had to ask the cleaning staff to call maintenance as there was no way I (with mobility issues) was going to be able to carry all my luggage down two flights of stairs. I had to wait awhile, but I was finally helped. At checkout, the front desk clerk offered no apologies for the inconvenience. Seriously, why did no one I form me at check-in? I would have opted for a room on the ground floor. Otherwise, there was nothing wrong with my stay, but it was forgettable. I wouldn’t stay there again.

We celebrated our mother's 95th birthday party at the Hilton Garden Inn. Jessica Olivas was wonderful while assisting us in making all of the arrangements. She really knows her job. Her suggestions for the set up were spot on. The room was beautifully set up and decorated. The food - Oh, the food was amazing. We had brisket, baked chicken, veggies and a salad. People couldn't stop raving about the food. The staff that assisted in the set up and service were extremely helpful. They accommodated any last minute changes that we needed. If you need to have a party with about 100 people, I would highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Las Cruces.
