"New Hacienda Style Charm"

Beautiful hotel, it's new but you feel you're at a Hacienda, very cozy and the employees are very nice and friendly, the room was a good size and clean with a mini fridge and a microwave and coffee maker. It was a wonderful stay, Will stay here again for sure. And is pet friendly too.

Its a pretty location

The maid service was bad. I was to get housekeeping service and didn't get it. I asked for clean towels and to throw trash and no one came. I had to go get towels myself.

"Overall stay was good and I will probably book again next Christmas."

Location was beautiful and clean check in and out was easy. Staff was friendly and quick to respond to the few issues that I had and problems were addressed and corrected promptly.

Smelled of urine outside of back entrance, not sure if human or animal but it it was pretty intense. I also would never stay on the 1st floor again, the smells from the restaurant permeate the room very early in the morning which I personally didn't like. The battery in my door died twice leaving me locked out, staff was quick to get me back in but this really should never be an issue a guest has to deal with.

"Hilton Garden Inn Las Cruces was a welcome nights’ rest after a long day of interstate travel. It’s worth the extra effo"

Pleasant, friendly staff, all parking was sufficiently lit, bedding was comfortable, in-room bathroom door was swing type vs. pocket type, breakfast offerings were very satisfying.

The in-room A/C was locked to 70° (temp read 66° upon arrival). The widespread bathroom sink faucet leaked onto the countertop from the hot valve. I really think the left-side elevator needs a tuneup; it felt like it slipped once, and also the doors were very slow to open after the car stopped.
